Build proposals adapted to companies. Provides guidance \/ mentoring to students during their evolution by intervening adapted to each other&#8217;s progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Program dedicated to UCV students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program aims to train and develop students&#8217; skills and abilities in an adapted \/ personalized manner from the educational area to the business menu, where the requirements and the way of working are different from their expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Collaboration with employers <\/strong>\u00cent\u00e2lniri \u0219i workshopuri frecvente cu scopul identific\u0103rii nevoilor de formare \u0219i dezvoltare a competen\u021belor angaja\u021bilor companiilor. Alinierea a\u0219tept\u0103rilor angajatorilor cu profilul de absolven\u021bi ce urmeaza s\u0103 fie recruta\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collaboration with employers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frequent meetings and workshops in order to identify the needs for training and development of the skills of company employees.
